CourierGo is an on-demand courier and parcel delivery app. The goal of this project was to design a clean, intuitive, and trustworthy mobile experience that makes booking, tracking, and managing deliveries effortless.
We started by getting to know delivery-app users and the things that frustrate them, then looked at how competing apps handle the same journey. Those findings shaped a UX strategy built around speed, transparency, and trust, so people always know where their package is and what comes next.
We mapped the full delivery journey, from booking a pickup to confirming drop-off, using user flows, information architecture, and wireframes. Every screen keeps steps to a minimum, with clear actions and navigation people can follow without thinking.
The final design is a clean, modern delivery app with a cohesive visual system. Booking is fast, tracking is clear, and every status update keeps users informed and reassured from pickup to drop-off.
The redesigned flow made booking easier, tracking clearer, and the whole experience more trustworthy. It gives CourierGo a polished, scalable foundation to keep building on.
